You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for the activity that happens under your account. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for the crew members they invite and the records they create.

Use Task Goat only for lawful business purposes. Do not use the service to send unlawful, harassing or unsolicited marketing messages, to upload content you do not have the right to share, or to attempt to access another workspace's data.

Task Goat may send users and crew members operational SMS/MMS messages concerning work assignments, scheduling, work orders, job status, photos, expenses and related service communications. These are operational messages about your work — Task Goat does not send marketing text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Messages are sent only to mobile numbers whose owner has agreed to receive them, and consent may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP or by turning off text-message consent in Settings. After opting out, Task Goat will not send further automated messages to that number unless the recipient opts back in — for example by replying START or by turning consent back on in Settings.

If you add another person's mobile number to a crew profile, you may only do so with that person's knowledge, and Task Goat will not send them automated messages until they have given their own consent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device, and Task Goat cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered.

You keep ownership of the job data, photos and documents you upload. You grant Task Goat the permission needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the service to your workspace.

Some records in Task Goat — such as notes, payment entries and finalized worker records — are intentionally permanent so the job history stays reliable. Corrections are made by adding a dated follow-up entry rather than editing the original.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Task Goat does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Task Goat is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Task Goat at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for unlawful use of the service.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
